Galp Energia buys 15% of Ventinveste from Martifer Renewables - Galp Energia group has bought from Martifer Renewables, an affiliate company of Martifer SGPS, 50% of the Parque Eólico Penha da Gardunha, Lda., a company that currently holds 30% of the share capital of Ventinveste, S.A. (Ventinveste).

Dividends payment - Under the terms of the law, shareholders are hereby notified that as deliberated today by Galp Energia, SGPS, S.A. board of directors, the first dividend relating to the financial year of 2009 will be payable as from October 22 2009.
