Today, UBS Group AG notified Galp Energia that it increased, on August 26 2015, its holding on Galp Energia’s share capital and corresponding voting rights to above the 2% threshold.
As from that date, the total number of voting rights held indirectly by UBS Group AG amounts to 18,763,414, corresponding to 2.26% of Galp Energia’s voting rights.
