Sale of the gas commercial activities to the residential segment in the region of Madrid

Galp Energia, SGPS, S.A. (“Galp Energia”) informs that it has reached an agreement with Endesa S.A. (“Endesa”) for the sale of the gas commercial activities in the region of Madrid, Spain.

Galp Energia, SGPS, S.A. (“Galp Energia”) informs that it has reached an agreement with Endesa S.A. (“Endesa”) for the sale of the gas commercial activities in the region of Madrid, Spain.

The transaction comprises the sale of natural gas, electricity and other services to the residential segment in the area that covers several municipalities surrounding the Madrid area. The transaction’s Enterprise Value amounts to €24.1 m, subject to be adjusted by the working capital and net debt at the closing date.

This transaction is subject to the approval of the relevant authorities and is expected to be concluded during the second half of 2015.
