Information on shares’ transaction by a member of the Board of Directors

Pursuant to the terms of article 29-R of the Portuguese Securities Code, article 3 of the CMVM regulation No. 04/2023 and article 19 of the EU regulation No. 596/2014 from the European Parliament and Council, Galp provides the following information to the market and the public in general:

The member of the Board of Directors, Diogo Mendonça Tavares, informed the Company that he has disposed of his shares in Galp. Following this transaction, Diogo Mendonça Tavares no longer holds any shares.
