Information on shares’ transaction by a member of the Board of Directors

Pursuant to the terms of article 29-R of the Portuguese Securities Code, article 3 of the CMVM regulation No. 04/2023 and article 19 of the EU regulation No. 596/2014 from the European Parliament and Council, Galp provides the following information to the market and the public in general:

The Executive Director and member of the Board of Directors, Nuno Holbech Bastos, informed the Company that he acquired shares from Galp. After this transaction, Nuno Holbech Bastos holds 5,500 shares.
