Integrated Report

Published for the first time on 2017, Galp’s first integrated annual report aims to transparently and stringently disclose its processes and indicators of the creation of economic, environmental and social value, as well as their results.

The Integrated Report was based on internationally acknowledged guidelines and standards, in particular:

  • The International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS);
  • The guidelines on the integrated report of the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC);
  • The guidelines on the sustainability report of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), version GRI Standard, in the “In accordance – Comprehensive” option, including the Oil & Gas sector supplement;
  • The principles of stakeholder inclusion, relevance, and accountability, as provided under the AA1000 Accountability Principles Standard (AA1000APS 2008);
  • The principles of the United Nations Global Compact;
  • The Sustainable Development Goals.

We believe that this way of communication is more efficient, enabling an integrated quantification and disclosure of the Company’s value, taking the tangible and intangible aspects into consideration and demonstrating the connections between external factors, our strategy, our business model and performance.
