On August 12 2015, The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation (“BNYM”) notified Galp Energia that it increased, on August 7 2015, its holding on Galp Energia’s share capital and corresponding voting rights to above the 2% threshold.
As from that date, the total number of voting rights held indirectly by BNYM amounts to 16,665,319, corresponding to 2.01% of Galp Energia’s voting rights.
