About the program
This scholarship programme seeks to support outstanding students whose lives have been disrupted by the ongoing conflict and who wish to pursue their studies in Portugal. This programme will start in the 2022-2023 academic year.
Highlights of the program
Scholarships will be awarded for full-time studies at any university/polytechnic institute in Portugal, notably those participating in the academic consortium that supports this programme.
Scholarships are awarded for a minimum period of one (1) academic year and a maximum period of two (2) academic years.
Scholarships will be awarded to students who seek to complete a BA degree, a MA degree or a MBA.
Applicants for STEM fields are strongly encouraged to apply, in particular female candidates.
Successful students might be offered internship opportunities in GALP after graduation.
The studies in the Medical Sciences and the learning of new languages are excluded from this Scholarship Programme (except the learning of Portuguese language which will be mandatory for all scholarship holders).
