Galp Energia, SGPS, S.A. (Galp) hereby gives notice that, pursuant to the applicable terms and conditions, it has decided to exercise the call option with respect to the total outstanding amount of the notes representing the bond issue “EUR 150 M. FLOATING RATE NOTES DUE 2024” (CVM Code: GALDOM) (“Notes”). The redemption of the Notes will be made at principal amount thereof plus accrued interest and will occur on the 29th of July 2022 (payment date of the current Interest Period). Cancellation of the Notes will follow.
