Moving2Neutrality - Agenda reprogramming aligned with PRR timelines

Within the PRR-wide reprogramming process led by IAPMEI, the Moving2Neutrality agenda has been updated to align scope, funding, and delivery timelines - reinforcing execution focus through 2026.

Moving2Neutrality is a mobilizing agenda led by Galp (Petrogal) designed to accelerate the energy transition in transport through sustainable fuels, integrated innovation projects, and cluster-building around low-carbon technologies - anchored in Sines and the Green Energy Park ecosystem.

In 2025, the PRR agenda reprogramming process - coordinated by IAPMEI - was concluded, aiming to adjust scope and ambition to updated constraints while safeguarding delivery. The updated framework aligns key milestones with PRR guidance, including a reference completion horizon around 30 June 2026 for material goals, while preserving strategic intent and investment continuity.

This reprogramming context matters because it creates the governance space to keep execution realistic and financeable - while maintaining momentum on industrial transformation. Moving2Neutrality remains positioned as a flagship pathway to scale sustainable fuels and associated industrial capabilities, supported by a broad innovation ecosystem and long-term decarbonization priorities.
