Over a thousand graduates and masters apply for the Generation Galp training programme
Applications received from all provinces of Mozambique, two thirds of which are male. The competition included young people aged up to 30 with degrees or masters in Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, Communication, Marketing and similar areas. This programme has been responsible for Galp’s hiring of over 500 people since it was launched 20 years ago.
