Thank you to all participants in this 3rd edition.
The “All Steps Count” initiative has come to an end, designed to turn any kilometer traveled into meals, by anyone and anywhere. The next “step” is to deliver one million meals to the Food Emergency Network.
With the ambition to reach the milestone of one million kilometers between October 18th and December 18th, the campaign surpassed the objectives following a strong mobilization of society and partners. The generosity of the Portuguese will give rise to one million baskets destined for families in need of food. The baskets are donated by Galp to the Food Emergency Network.
Supported by Rádio Comercial and TVI, the campaign had the association of the Portuguese Football Federation in the year of the world cup. The distance covered by the National Team players – in the five matches that the team played in the competition and in the friendly against Nigeria – was converted into 700 baskets.
The three editions of “Todos os Passos Contam” total 2.2 million meals delivered to the Food Emergency Network, an expression of Galp's commitment to communities and the idea of fair, solidary and sustainable progress.
